About

There are a lot of suitably qualified unemployed people around with willingness to work but have no platform to launch from.  There are also a lot of people out there who has a need to have certain tasks/jobs done but the suppliers they have access too are either too busy or unwilling to take on the task/job.
This is where the new web service tenderforme.com comes into play, it creates a platform for requestors (client) to register with minimum information supplied to protect his/her privacy.  This client is then able to register requests which he/she may have a need for.  These requests are pre-defined to allow for easy management and can also be expanded should there be a need for that.
Prospecting suppliers can also register on this site with the same minimum information supplied as a client, again to protect his/her privacy.  A supplier can then register any number of tasks he/she are capable of completing against his/her registration.
Should a client then register a need which falls into the area and task qualification of a supplier, the system will inform that supplier by means of an E-Mail that a potential job has become available which he/she can then investigate.
If the supplier sees him or herself able and willing, he/she can then tender for the registered task at a fee.  This fee shows the client that the provider is committed and professional.  This fee will also add value for the supplier at the end of the tender process when the system will forward all short listed tender information to all the suppliers who tendered for the task.  The supplier can then investigate the successful tenders and adjust his/her future tender process.
Only when the client request end date is reached, the system will forward the E-Mail contact information of the short listed supplier to the client and vice versa to allow the parties to communicate the details of the task/project in person.  This means the client only has to see and communicate with committed suppliers in the end which minimises strangers having to visit for quotes and never turn up for appointments.
This also creates a situation where the client and supplier will mostly be from the same area, so some expenses by the client will stay in the client’s area which will help grow and develop the area and will result in an increase in value.  So both the client and provider indirectly contribute to growth in their property investment.
The client also has the ability to rate the supplier at the end which will be visible for following potential clients.  This will further motivate the supplier to render and excellent service because it is only up to him/her what rating he/she will receive which will have a direct impact on future client choices.
To sum up, this site will create opportunities for unemployed people as well as people who want to make a change.  It should put competition back in business by adding numbers to potential suppliers available to prospective clients. It should increase levels of service delivered because the client has a better chance to rate the supplier in a way other clients will notice.  It should highlight the client as the most important entity in business dealings.  It also shows professionalism and commitment on the supplier side as he/she knows there is competition out there and has to prove him/herself.
