The Virtual Partner Pool will be comprised of 50% of ALL net profits and will be available for distribution to all qualifying* “Virtual Partners” once the virtual partner pool matrix cumulatively reaches 2 million users. The qualifying “Virtual Partners” who referred the first 2 million users will then be distributed 35% of ALL net profits (or 70% of the Virtual Partner Pool) on a pro rata basis, with the remaining 15% of ALL net profits (or 30% of the Virtual Partner Pool) being distributed to those qualifying “Virtual Partners” who refer all additional users. This gives the incentive to those “Virtual Partners” who participate in the Virtual Partner Program from the start, but also rewards everyone that participates. The more friends you accumulate in your matrix, the larger the percentage of the pool you will be allocated. For example, let's say the Virtual Partner Pool has $60 million available for distribution and a total of 3 million members within the virtual partner pool matrix. The “Virtual Partners” who referred the first 2 million members would be distributed $42 million (70% of the $60 million Virtual Partner Pool) based on how many users each “Virtual Partner” has in their own specific virtual partner pool matrix. So, if you are one of these qualifying “Virtual Partners” and have 1,000 users in your virtual partner pool matrix, you would be distributed $21,000 or $21 for every member you referred! The remaining $18 million (30% of the Virtual Partner Pool) would then be distributed to the remaining qualifying “Virtual Partners” based on the number of users within their own specific virtual partner pool matrix.
