Webfluenz is a proprietary Social Media Intelligence and Management system; a complete business intelligence solution for businesses, public relations, advertising agencies, and analysts. It is the simplest way to Monitor, Analyze, Engage and Manage Social Media and the Real Time Web.

The company is headquartered in Singapore, with a development centre in Bangalore and additional offices in London and Mumbai. Webfluenz was founded in 2010 by Bharani Setlur, CEO and Harish Madabushi, CTO.

The company offers a subscription-based application in the cloud which allows users to track social media conversations regarding topics or brand. The system works in conjunction with sophisticated natural language processing (NLP), pattern recognition and data mining algorithms, navigating through the web, collecting and collating every mention a brand (or topic) has earned on the web across all platforms. The data is parsed and presented in a simple and easy-to-use self-serve browser based interface.
