About

Webley Clothing sells stenciled tee shirts. It was founded in 2011 by Richard Moyer and Nelson Elliott.

The pair started stenciling shirts for fun while in high school in 2002. They continued stenciling through college, refining techniques and testing different combinations of fabrics and paints. The best combinations proved to be extremely durable, retaining their appearance for nearly a decade. The best combinations proved so durable that holes were worn in the fabric before the color faded.

The stenciling process not only has a unique aesthetic, but causes the color to be absorbed by the fabric. The result is shirt that is softer than a screen-printed shirt.
