3d Architects offers a complete service from conception to completion, including brief collation, options studies, feasibility studies, stake holder engagement, visualisations and 3d modelling, space planning, scheme design drawings through tender to construction details , as well as offering expertise in planning matters, building and sustainable design, including BREEAM compliance and zero carbon buildings. They act as Lead Designers and manage building tenders and contracts on site fornew build, refurbishment, listed building, conservation and fit out projects.
