About |
We make. We market. We build. We brand.
3ManFactory is a creative design and communications company. Some call it integrated marketing and that’s fine, but what it really means is that we can plan it, design it, build it, market it and measure it. Social, web, graphics, PR and marketing. It’s what we do best.
3ManFactory is made up of Nathaniel (well dressed, well spoken and PR/marketing/social media specialist), James (not as well dressed, makes up in tech genius, web and Facebook developer, WordPress specialist) and Tom (badly dressed graphic/web designer, thinker and lecturer).
We can help your brand and business be seen in all the right places, whether it’s through web development, Facebook apps or through rather clever social media strategies. We walk the walk.
When we’re not busying ourselves at the factory, we’re busy elsewhere doing what we love. We helped found and continue to facilitate The Preston Social, a monthly social event aimed at rallying together Lancashire’s digital community through inviting experts to speak, discussion, debate and tweeting. We initiated Preston to be part of the world’s first Social Media Day.
It’s important to stay ahead which is why you’ll find us waxing lyrical about all things social media and tech on our radio show (for which you can subscribe to the podcast). From the latest news, to business focus and interviews to a listener tweet-in, the show allows us to keep our fingers firmly on the pulse of the ever-changing landscape of social media.
Perhaps it’s this passion that has led to us delivering consultations and workshops for the University of Central Lancashire (for students, teaching staff, and executives). Furthermore, Tom lectures in Online Reputation Management and Professional Personal Branding at the university, while Nathaniel has lectured for the Communication Studies and Computer Science courses in areas such as digital communication, gamification/social gaming and social media.
We’re immensely proud of what we do and realise the importance of opportunity, which is why Nathaniel sits on the Blackpool 6th Advisory Board for the Careers Academy (an organisation dedicated to raise the aspirations of 16 to 19-year-olds) and also mentors for them. While Tom is an M and M Futures mentor at UCLan, helping students with their employability prospects. At 3ManFactory, we also occasionally provide internships to give people real, useful experience.
We take what we do seriously and we make what we do enjoyable. That’s 3ManFactory.
