We believe that good health is a requisite for successfully living in today's world and the chronic health problems so many today face.  It is this belief that prompted the Expo.  We realize that it is difficult to learn one has a chronic health problem that requires a change in the way one eats and carries out their daily lives.  To this end, we have evaluated the vendors and restaurants that offer gluten free foods and invited them to the expo in the hope that they can provide helpful information and products that will make the transition to a healthier way of eating more enjoyable and less difficult.
