Anytime Home Care ā€˜Nā€™ Educational Consulting Service (AHCNECS) offers a unique combination of premier home health care and community-based social services to Montego Bay and its environs. By employing competent and well-trained staff and providing them with organised and responsive management, we are the home health care/social service small business of choice in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and the wider international community.

AHCNECS currently trains Home Care Assistants (HCAs) in the following areas:

   Personal Support
   Dementia Care
   Medication Management
   First Aid
   Vital Signs
   Proper Lifting Technique
   Fall Prevention
   Meal Preparation
   Light Housekeeping
   Work Ethics and
   Customer Service

Classes run for approximately two months: 6 weeks of theory, then 40 hours of work experience looking after the elderly and disabled. This is called Practicum. Depending on schedule, it could take up to two weeks to complete the Practicum. At the successful completion of training, students receive a certificate.

We also have an after-school programme offering classes in CXC English and Human & Social Biology; basic sewing, reading, writing; and other personal development programmes including time-management, customer service and personal etiquette.

Starting in November 2019, AHCNECS will be hosting bi-monthly seminars to empower and enlighten the members of the Montego Bay community.  The first, scheduled for November 8, is entitled, "How to Create an Online Income." This will be followed by a Caregiver seminar in the new year (January 2020).
