A recruitment consultant is assigned to a limited number of searches therefore providing our client with a dedicated approach to achieve success.  The recruiter will control the process achieved through profiling the candidate by using phone interviews, internet, and state licensing board verifications to ensure the candidate meets the profile provided by our client.

We are building our business on business, client and provider relationships.  Because we are a smaller firm, we are able to provide these personal and professional aspects to our business, which the larger firms cannot.  While our job is to represent our client, not the candidate, our approach to recruitment is to act as a consultant to both parties, with a focus on finding the best possible match to improve candidate retention.

With our experience in provider recruiting we can work closely with the candidate to review and discuss the employment model and contract.  The negotiations can be streamlined and limited as AMEA Healthcare will be representing the client during this process to ensure budget is met, fair market value compensation is presented and retention is the end goal to get the candidate signed in a timely manner to meet the strategic goals of our client.
