About

Absolute Bazaar of Treasures, Incorporated is a Louisiana based business started by individuals raised in our unique Louisiana gulf costal community. Located on 15 5th Stree A & B in the historic district of Gretna, the principals in this business want to develop a unique shopping environment that both promotes and enhances its retail environment. This venture will be just the beginning in our endeavor to bring quality furnishings, home décor, art, both local and national, and other luxurious offerings suitable to compliment our unique locale.

James Garcia, the main principal in this business, has been providing a huge array of creative services for the last 30 years. Trained in large and small retail venues, from Pier One Imports to local star's like Jeff's Haberdashery, Fischer-Gambino, and Orient Expressesd, he has perfected his skills in interior design and vision merchandising, and brings his expansive expertise to this retail experience. His passion for design will be  reflected in the beautiful surroundings adorning Absolute Bazaar of Treasurers as he offers not only merchandise, but lends advice and decorating tips to all interested customers.

Mardi Gras Artist Andrea Mistretta (http://www.andreamistretta.com ) comments, "From one artist about another, James Garcia is one of the most intuitive, fast thinking and moving creative forces I know. He is an inspiration because his tremendous talent is unpretentious, friendly and professional. James is the only one I have trusted and hired to help hand decorate my special limited edition Mardi Gras posters." Good Luck Dawlin!!!
