Accelerate: Health and Fitness Consulting has two major focuses.  One focus is geared toward the individuals health and wellness needs; not only giving them the tools needed to reach their goals, but guiding them through as well.  The second focus is geared toward corporations.  Accelerate has a very unique program designed to help companies and organizations save money and increase employee production.  By implementing this program- businesses will cut cost on healthcare, see an increase in their employee productivity, see a decrease in sick days, and more focus in the workplace.
