Paralegals are an affordable alternative to lawyer’s fees. Paralegals cost you less, keeping money in your pocket and making legal representation affordable and making litigation accessible to everyone. If the value of your claim is too small to involve a lawyer, or if legal aid cannot assist you, we may be an option for you.

How do we do it? By offering services directly from a Paralegal. Paralegals cannot do everything a lawyer can do, but if we can help, we can probably save you money.
Our mission at Affordable Legal BC is to make the law affordable to everyone and provide access to the legal process. We break down the cost barrier imposed on legal services and make the law accessible to everyone. If you are injured or are owed money, you should be able to afford competent legal services. You should contact us if:
you have suffered an injury that is too small for a lawyer to take your case;
you are owed money under $35,000;
somebody has sued you in Provincial Court (Small Claims Court); or
somebody is in possession of property belonging to you that is valued under $35,000
