Ageless Grace, LLC is a fitness education company located in Hendersonville, NC.  Based on the cutting edge science of neuroplasticity, Ageless Grace(R) is a seated fitness program consisting of 21 tools for life-long comfort and ease. Ageless Grace, LLC administers a certification program to train educators in the program.  Purple Iris Press, LLC has published the Ageless Grace Playbook, a three-DVD set demonstrating all 21 tools, and a set of flashcards.
