Trivandrum, June 05, 2014: Having created an impact in the Indian and Asian market with their Human Capital Management Product – Exenta; Extolution Software Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL), a Technopark incubated company is now spreading its wings to the United States of America.
ESPL has expanded its presence targeting the US HR management market, and set up operations in Austin, Texas. The company has also released the US version of their pioneering product – Exenta.
In US, Exenta would try to create a market for itself among prominent competitors such as Workday, SAP-Success factors, Oracle- Taleo, Kroner and Infor. Leading analyst group Gartner has projected a 12% growth for HR management solutions this year, which is a great boost for the company and ESPL is upbeat of making an impact in the US market.
“Launching in US was very critical to us as we move towards our Global Ambition. The Product is gaining traction and we are in very high level talks with a few clients and should sign up with them at the earliest. Exenta is built in such a way that they would suit any kind of vertical, be it Manufacturing, KPO/BPO, Retail or Services.” Said, Joe Winston, ESPL Chairman and Managing Director.

ESPL started in 2006 at Technopark campus, provides industry specific software solutions and a wide range of IT consulting, web design, and development services. Exenta HRMS is a tool that helps organizations to simplify their work process. It also helps to empower, track and manage the workforce from different locations right from overseas operation to a remote one. Exenta will help to manage all the human resource processes on a single platform. It is a tool that automates the whole process. Recently ESPL signed up by the Indian arm of Japan-based Nomura group to implement Exenta.
