We want to always be able to service our loyal customer base — from the residential customer who phones every year with a few sealed units to a commercial storefront in need of our 24-hour emergency services.”
Unlike a lot of companies, Alder Glass uses their own installers who are fully trained. “It’s of the utmost importance to our company that the individual installer takes pride and ownership in their work. We have ongoing safety courses to assure that our installers as well as customers are protected, and weekly staff meetings to discuss how to better meet our customers’ needs.”
