All Star Code is a nonprofit organization developing a tech workforce pipeline by preparing young men from underrepresented communities for careers in the innovation economy. Our flagship Summer Intensive and year-round Scholar Services deliver rigorous computer science training, industry exposure, and professional development rooted in cultural relevance. Students graduate with technical fluency, leadership skills, and access to a national network of peers and professionals. With 2,000 Scholars in our network and over 500 now workforce-ready, All Star Code is transforming the face of tech through sustained, outcomes-driven talent development.
