Alpha Rho Lambda Sorority, Inc./ Alianza de Raíces Latinas was created by and for individuals seeking a personal and academic support network.  Our members strive to develop a unique bond with each other, make significant contributions to our communities, and achieve personal growth through leadership and academic excellence.  The eternal link we share serves to enrich us as individuals, as an organization, and as members of our communities.

Alpha Rho Lambda is a dynamic Latina sorority whose members are actively involved in their communities.  We take pride in the personal, academic, and professional accomplishments of our members, who strive to challenge mainstream Latino stereotypes.

As Hermanas of Alpha Rho Lambda, we continue to work with the sorority well beyond our collegiate years partly as a means of giving back to the sorority, but more so because we continue to benefit from the support network and the resources the organization provides.
