Established in 1995 by Bob and Shannon Alten, Alten Construction has grown from a small public works company to an employee base of more than 100 people and annual revenues of over $60 million. We began by performing ADA retrofits and seismic upgrades and advanced to building entire school campuses from the ground up. Our experience is extensive. From tenant improvements to historic buildings to fire stations and schools, we have executed a number of different types of construction. We specialize in working as a team with the owner to overcome constructability and scheduling difficulties, and we serve our clients by offering a full range of services from pre-construction planning to general contracting to project closeout with a personal touch.
