I started my career as a Farmers Agent in December 2005, but my involvement with insurance began long before then! My grandparents, Falvey and Eva Smith, sold insurance in Pasadena, TX for 30+ years. Although I was only in high school when they retired, the one thing I remember about being in their office is that they were ALWAYS on the phone. 20 years later, the same is still true - I too spend most of my day on the phone talking with customers and prospects, explaining coverages and recommending products to protect the assets and well-being of my clients and their families.
