Animal Friends of the Valleys is the sole animal shelter serving the six (6) Southwest Riverside cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula and Wildomar.

Animal Friends of the Valleys is dedicated to promoting the humane care of all animals through education and a pro-active rescue, health services and adoption program. During the past year, AFV opened their doors to more than 12,000 animals and were recently honored as "Charitable Organization of the Year" by both the Lake Elsinore and Temecula Chambers of Commerce for their leadership and dedication to service within the region.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Animal Friends of the Valleys depends on tax-deductible donations from the community to achieve their ultimate mission: ending pet overpopulation and find loving, furever homes for every adoptable animal in our care.
