Array is a 12-lot neighborhood located on 54 picturesque acres in Orange County, North Carolina. Array and Circular Design offer Vince DeFritas of Silver Developers as the lead builder in the community, however, prospective buyers may also work with their builder of choice as long as they meet Array’s energy efficient development standards.
Array is a low density, low impact development. Of the total development, 56% of the neighborhood (31 acres) has been open space and all of this land will be put into a perpetual easement. There is a pond in Array that has been preserved and is a focal point. There are 2.5 miles of trails cut in the woods, there is a community gathering place adjacent to the pond, as well a large area set aside for a community garden.
