Aspyron Inc is a startup, company that is in the process of completing the preparations for mass production and marketing initially of a line of health products designed to support nasal health, oral and throat health as well as skin and wound sanitizing. These products are designed to help users protect themselves from a broad range of germs and pathogens that are known to cause illness and infection. All of the products are non-alcohol based.

Aspyron's mission is to provide products formulated to help minimize the risk of infection after exposure to germs whether these germs are common cold and flu viruses or more exotic “super bugs” as well as a wide range of microorganisms such as most bacteria, viruses, molds and fungi. The Company’s initial products include a sinus and nasal spray (SinusMaxx), throat spray (Kool Blast), hand wash and wound wash (“ZapVir) are designed to help kill germs and/or boost the human immune system after exposure to germs occurs and are present in or on these primary entry avenues for infection and disease. We're fighting the "War on Germs!"

Aspyron believes that our initial and follow-on products can make a significant and positive impact on human health and the related medical costs. The markets for our products will include and benefit people at home, at work, while traveling and in medical facilities and clinics.

Aspyron Inc's General Model approach is to design and choose products that target undeserved market sectors and niches with Superior Product choices that also support maximum profit margins. For example, in the Sinus Market, all the competition targets symptomatic relief, while Aspyron's product will help target and the body eliminate the actual causes of sinus distress. Further, in the Sore Throat market, Aspyron's product will do more than dull pain which, but actually target the cause of the pain by delivering an antiseptic. This philosophy is extended to the Hand and Skin sanitizing with superior broad spectrum germ killing than all the existing competition including Purell. Marketing will be leveraged through wholesaling relationships with key Distributors that have existing selling relationships in E-commerce and Brick and Mortar sales platforms. Manufacturing and Marketing at all levels possible is outsourced. By taking this approach the Company keeps overhead at a minimum and margins at a maximum. Competitive advantaged is not achieved by price points but rather by marketing the ultimate value of products that are superior to the other competitors in the respective market spaces.
