Who We Are
Atlanta Growing Leadership of Women (G.L.O.W.) teaches young, low-income women skills in management and leadership, in efforts to inspire upward mobility, long-term sustainability and economic stimulus.

Atlanta GLOW Vision Statement
Our vision is to spark a growth in the number of women qualified to lead low-income communities to positive, long-lasting change.

Atlanta GLOW Mission Statement
Our mission is to encourage, educate and equip young, low-income women to be thriving, self-sustaining leaders and effective agents of economic growth within their communities.

Who We Serve
The target and ideal participant audience for Atlanta GLOW programs are as follows:

Young Women
Between 16-25 Years Old
Currently enrolled, or has earned a H.S. Diploma or GED
Low-to-Moderate Income
Lives Within the Metropolitan Atlanta Area

Please note that these factors are not exclusive. While they focus in on a specific target, they are by no means a restriction. Our main objective is to empower, equip, and educate young women. That is what is most important to us, and the greatest determining factor in who we serve.

Volunteer Staff
Atlanta GLOW is 100% volunteer based. We are a 50+ strong community, however, our key members are:
