Benevolent Family Services is a comprehensive mental health and community services organization based in Hampton, Virginia. Our mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families in the Hampton Roads area. We specialize in Community Stabilization, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for both mental health and substance abuse, and a wide range of supportive services aimed at promoting stability, wellness, and long-term recovery.
At Benevolent Family Services, we believe in addressing the whole person, offering individualized support that goes beyond traditional therapy. Our dedicated team of licensed clinicians, peer recovery specialists, and outreach coordinators work together to meet clients where they are, ensuring seamless transitions from crisis to stability.
One of our signature initiatives, BFS 90, represents our commitment to community engagement and social impact. Every 90 days, we collaborate with local organizations to provide essential services such as meals, hygiene kits, and outreach to vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness. Through BFS 90, we strive to foster a culture of compassion, inclusion, and empowerment within the communities we serve.
