Founded in 2000, BANC3, Inc. began its journey as a provider of cutting-edge C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) technology solutions, supporting key Department of Defense (DoD) programs. In our early years, we delivered high-impact IT and systems integration support to mission-critical platforms, including the Army Battle Command System and the Global Command and Control System.

As national security challenges evolved, so did BANC3. By 2009, our work expanded into advanced Research & Development (R&D) and proprietary product innovation, with a dedicated focus on Augmented Reality (AR) and Space Systems technologies. Operating from our state-of-the-art laboratories in Princeton, NJ, BANC3 emerged as a dual-force in both service delivery and technology product development—transforming complex defense needs into scalable, high-value solutions.

Our AR and Mixed Reality technologies have been successfully applied to U.S. Army training systems through multiple Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I and II contracts, driving immersive, data-rich environments for soldier readiness. We’ve also secured multiple large-scale Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a Prime Contractor, providing advanced software and hardware solutions across a wide spectrum of military and government needs.
