Bancorp International Group Inc (BCIT) is in the busineess of  negotiating rights to mineral and resources. The company is primarily involved in developing assets in Papua New Guinea and Bougainville.

BCIT was the victim of a corporate identity theft in 2005.  The company has a powerful and activ shareholder base of almosy 200 shareholders of record and 1150 beneficial shareholders.  Many of the beneficial holders wish to become shareholders of record but their brokers will not deliver share certifcates.
