Barbara is the CEO of Barbara Casanova Consulting and the Founder & CEO of HispanicsVote.org.Hispanic Americans are the fastest-growing voting bloc in the United States — and the most underestimated. Hispanics Vote exists to change that. We register voters, develop leaders, advocate for policy, and build the civic infrastructure our community deserves.

Barbara currently serves as the National Secretary and Florida Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly. She is also a member of the Miami-Dade County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board and a Special Advisor to the Latino Leadership Alliance.
