ABOUT EILEEN BATSON
As a publicist and owner of Batson Group Marketing and PR for 25+ years, Eileen Batson mentors, consults and works with business owners, authors and artists to help them be well known, well thought of and well-remembered.

Among her accomplishments as a successful marketing executive she was instrumental in growing Executive Software (now Condusiv Technologies) place on Software magazine’s list of the Top 100 Independent Software Companies; Thorburn Chiropractic win “Top Doc Los Angeles” and three time “Talk of the Town” winner; and developed the PR campaign that brought Lee Kessler’s popular novels White King Rising and White King and the Doctor to #1 and #5 on Amazon’s Kindle Political Fiction list.  

A sought after speaker and panelist she shares valuable and current information on what’s trending in marketing and PR. A graduate of the University of Florida she studied theater, education and journalism. Martin Brossman and Anora McGaha selected her chapter on public relations for inclusion in their book Social Media for Business and has been a featured expert in The Woman’s Advantage calendar for five consecutive years.

After making her escape from LA to Raleigh with her husband Jon in 2005, she was chosen to be on the Board of Directors of the NC Songwriters Co-op; directed the “NCSC 2007 Song Contest”, produced the “Hillsborough 2008 Summer Music Showcase” at the Gulf Rim Cafe (now LaPlace), the “Raleigh House Concert Series” and in 2012 and 2013 the “Artist and Authors Showcase” in Raleigh. Eileen is currently on the Board of Directors of Women’s Power Networking and Organizer of their Crabtree Chapter. She lives in Raleigh with her husband, award-winning author, Jon Batson.
