BeeckerCo is an RPA software company with headquarters in Mexico and offices in Colombia, Brazil, and the US. It has grown from four people to 300 in six years of operation. Education and youth employment are an integral part of the company’s culture, and they are at the core of its current strategy, which consists of hiring recent graduates, training them in UiPath enterprise automation tools as well as management methodologies, and coaching them on their way to becoming BeeckerCo’s leading developers and implementers.
