Beulah HDFC is a nonprofit affordable-housing owner dedicated to preserving safe, stable, and dignified homes across a multi-building portfolio in the Bronx. With 294 residential units and several commercial spaces under management, Beulah plays a critical role in supporting long-term housing affordability for hundreds of families.

Our organization is committed to improving building conditions, strengthening resident engagement, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all operations. We focus on proactive maintenance, capital improvement planning, and compliance with city and state housing standards. Beyond property management, Beulah empowers residents through supportive services, community partnerships, and direct assistance navigating benefits, arrears, and housing stability programs.
