Blob World Games is a board game designer based in the Detroit area. Created in 2023, the company's mission is to create fun, tempting, tabletop games for gamers around the world.

Kitchen Chaos is the company's first game release. Conceived in early 2023, the game is inspired by popular cooking themed media franchises such as Overcooked, a co-op video game, and Hell’s Kitchen, the reality cooking show. The game was first officially playtested at the First Exposure Playtest Hall at Gen Con 2023. Since then, the game has undergone many improvements and design upgrades, and is ready for launch. The lead designer, Richard Wu, created the game as a fun creative project, looking for a way to combine his passions for food and games into a fun family friendly game that can be shared with interested foodie board gamers.
