BOSTON, MA – November 1, 2026 – Boldman Group International, Inc. today officially announced
its strategic corporate expansion into downstream hydrometallurgical refining and critical minerals
processing. The initiatives are designed to address immediate supply chain vulnerabilities within the
United States defense industrial base, automotive manufacturing, national electrical grid
infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.
To eliminate domestic reliance on foreign toll-refining networks, Boldman Group is deploying
advanced, closed-loop industrial solvent extraction and chemical processing technologies within the
United States. The multi-product facility focuses on bringing resilient, high-purity mineral assets to the
domestic market through a dual-recovery manufacturing framework.
The facility’s primary operations are optimized for the production of two key alpha products:
• High-Purity Copper: Engineered for conventional ordnance manufacturing, structural
components, and high-voltage power transmission equipment.
• Advanced Cobalt: Refined into high-purity metallic cathode formats required for aerospace
turbine superalloys and high-energy-density automotive battery chemistries. In addition to its alpha product streams, the refinery utilizes advanced secondary crystallization
recovery loops to capture high-value materials directly from process matrices that would typically be
treated as waste. The primary byproduct yielded through this sustainable process is:
• Defense-Grade Manganese: High-purity crystalline formats engineered as an essential
strengthening agent for armor-grade ballistic steel and specialized defense metallurgy.
The closed-loop process also secondary-recovers high-grade iron matrices, nickel, and zinc,
maximizing resource efficiency while strictly maintaining a highly compliant,
low-environmental-impact footprint utilizing Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) water recycling
infrastructure.
"Securing an independent, domestic supply chain for critical elements like copper, cobalt, and
manganese is vital for North American industrial resilience," said Stephen Kamau, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Boldman Group International. "Our pivot to downstream hydrometallurgical
processing bridges secure global feedstocks with advanced domestic refining, giving commercial and
government sub-contractors a reliable, transparent option for sourcing high-purity technical metals."
Boldman Group's commercialization strategy incorporates protective pricing structures designed to
insulate both the company and its industrial partners from global commodity market spikes, ensuringlong-term supply stability.
