History
Founded in 1986 and managed by partners Diane Boly and Pat Welch, Boly:Welch has established a reputation for excellence in the community with an office located in downtown Portland to support the needs of our clients in the metro Area.  We are committed to developing trust and nurturing long-term, cost-effective partnerships with clients. Community Partnerships    
In addition, we have developed a model for our community involvement which integrates partnerships, volunteerism and financial giving.  This program called Celebrating Community Connections passes along a portion of our revenues across both Direct-Hire and Contract placements to organizations that provide ongoing education and support for at-risk populations in the Portland metropolitan area.  The three partner organizations in our 2009 giving program are:
