Brothers BBQ started with two brothers, Chris and Nick O’Sullivan, and their love for BBQ.  After traveling the country and stopping at every local BBQ joint they could find, the brothers returned to their hometown of Denver, CO.  The city had grown into a melting pot of people from all regions of the country, and the brothers saw a need for a BBQ joint that could remind each customer of their favorite hometown BBQ no matter where they were from.  Drawing from their favorite BBQ styles from Kansas City to Texas and Memphis to Carolina, the brothers created some of the best BBQ which is still served today in each Brothers BBQ location.
