NoQ is the brainchild of founder, Brad Moran. A former professional football player, Brad came up with the NoQ concept while sitting in a cinema waiting for the movie to start. Hungry, but not wanting to have to get into a long queue outside and miss 20 minutes of the movie, he got the idea of being able to order and pay through your Smartphone so you could just pick up the food and skip the queue.

A few weeks later, fate stepped in and Brad was forced to take time off to recuperate from his second knee reconstruction. That great idea was still in his head and he took this forced downtime to do some research.

With a long-standing interest in business, but little experience, he started soaking up as much business knowledge as he could. He took his idea to some of Adelaide’s most influential businessmen who bought into the vision and provided the initial funding to make NoQ a reality.

Since going live in July 2011, NoQ has continued to evolve and grow and we’re on a mission — to create the world’s best mobile ordering platform that’s simple to use and affordable for every business.
