The Club 420 Association, a not for profit organization, was established in 1980 to promote, foster, encourage and sponsor one-design sailing for youth sailors through the class. The Association annually sponsors a North American Championship, US and Canadian National Championships and a team racing Championship as well as regional championships for the class across North America while promoting the class to all ability and experience levels of youth sailing. Since 2006, the class membership has more than doubled from 300 to it’s current membership of over 700. There are thousands of other C420 sailors in the many local clubs around North America who also take advantage of the Association, with all levels of sailors competing in some of the finest and socially fun events you will attend.
