Background
CFO Strategic was formed in 2004 by Daniel Fah & Laura Raymer, Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in Australia and abroad as Chief Financial Officers for a wide range of businesses and sectors.

The partners saw the need for a specialist Chartered Accounting firm to provide Chief Financial Officer expertise to companies who require and would benefit from the knowledge of senior finance executives, but cannot fully utilise a full time CFO.  

This service is distinctive as the business partners of CFO Strategic have actual finance executive experience, In contrast the majority of CA firm practitioners work in public practice and focus on compliance work (tax, audit etc) and providing services externally to their clients.

Services
CFO Strategic engagements are directly with the business, CEO, Board and the senior management team. The business partners effectively take ownership for outcomes and not simply analysing and providing a report. Essentially, each business has as part of their management team, a skilled Chief Financial Officer to guide and direct the firm. As a result the engagements can be for extended timeframes with periods of intense involvement to see the company through the critical periods.
