Now I have been on GOOD DAY SAC. The Listen Up Sacramento local cable show. I have been on the local news. I have opened up for E-40 Andre Nickatina, The Ying Yang Twins. I have performed on the steps of State capital, The Sac County Fair, The CA. State Fair two years in a row. HECK I even handed out three awards @ the SAMMIES and performed one song. ALL OF THIS IN ONLY TWO YEARS FROM A 45 YEAR OLD REALTOR! This is my Midlife crisis and it is more fun than driving a Porsche! I prefer My 70 BIG BLOCK and DROP TOP Cutlass's anyway! #4 Because I have LOVE, I am a great father, husband and I am loyal to all my friends. Married for 25 years. I am a Family man first. MY wife is mexican, my partner is black, his lady is asian so you can knock that racist chip off your shoulder. I love all GOOD people.
#5 Because I have ETHICS, I am a hard worker who believes in earning his money. I have paid as agreed for over 25 years. I am neither a lier or a thief, I have learned they are one and the SAME! I DO THE RIGHT THINGS WHEN NOONE IS LOOKING!
#6 Because I have DRIVE, even with more haters than wall street. I still have guts to stand up in front of large crowds, in a black cowboy hat, a french collar shirt with a white tie and spit verses like I am 22. I never give up I don't have time for it!
#7 Because I have RESPECT for others. I paid my dues being on welfare till I was 13. I ate Gov. cheese, powdered milk and eggs. So I can relate to those who have started with nothing. For those of you who have made it big, GOOD for you! I have never gotten a job from a poor or homeless person. Keep up the good work putting people to work! So to all the haters try doing some research and get to now someone before you judge them I DO!
#8 Because I WALK MY TALK. I did not let where I came from, dictate where I am going. Although I started out poor I now make six figures and have a 800 credit score! Which is why I try to help others to understand finances. Thats why I call myself EZMONEY.C.F.O. when it comes to finances I really am the shit! My word is My bond talk to anyone who knows me. I have never screwed over anyone to get what I got. I earned and deserve everything I own.

#10 Because I Have TALENT and the ability to entertain. I am 47 years old and have done what no-one ever expected me to do. I even shocked myself at first. I BROKE THE MOLD and its to late to turn back. I am FOREVER EZMONEY, YOU MAY DUPLICATE BUT YOU CAN'T ORIGINATE, YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT!
