Overview of CSMG
•     Collegiate Sports Management Group has secured and is aggregating marketing and media assets across Division I, II and III Conferences, Universities & Colleges  (10 Conferences/150+ Schools signed on opt-in)
•     Collegiate Sports Management Group is:
o     Aggregating intellectual property and other assets across Division I, II and III conferences and select universities
o     Selling media and sponsorships around college athletics, for schools as well as conference assets and events.
o     Experienced and skilled in benchmarking, doing valuations, and selling naming rights
o     Strategic Planning, managing & negotiating media rights, digital and linear, as well as RFP’s for website/streaming
o     Supporting other revenue streams including licensing and e-Commerce, as sponsorship converges with licensing
o     Creating a Digital Advertising Network; CSMG college properties can benefit from the aggregation driving scale
o     Partnering with production companies and facilitate production and broadcasting of all sporting events
o     Auditing school production facilities and developing a budget and action plan for schools and conferences
o     Identifying and aggregating emerging media, content, engagement, and promotional best practices and vendors to generate scale for proliferation across Division I, II and III conferences, including supporting brand content marketing
•     For our conferences and schools, this creates the scale & resources needed to:
o     Deepen engagement and resulting connection by providing exposure across multiple media outlets with students, their families, the school community and alumni, supporting giving/fundraising
o     Improve the quality and quantity of college applicants, both student-athletes and other students
o     Produce & monetize higher quality content, driving revenue with sponsorship, rights, marks & logos & other assets
•     Rights secured, aggregated, and monetized by Collegiate Sports Management Group are inclusive of, not limited to:
o     Conference/School Rights, Marks, and Logos, including licensing rights
o     Digital and Static Stadium/Arena signage, PA announcements, posters, fan guides, roster/schedule cards, ticket backs
o     Integrated media rights: radio, television, in-venue video experiential, print (e.g. game day programs), content hub
o     Venue rights for Conference Championship events: (such as pouring/beverage) as well as corporate hospitality functions, preferred ticketing, fan fests, “meet team” day
o     Merchandise and licensing rights (as applicable), as well as E-Commerce rights
o     Digital/Social/Mobile media rights including streaming partnerships
•     Collegiate Sports Management Group has partnered with multiple media outlets and technologies for content distribution/production/on-line merchandise sales and has developed a proprietary methodology for RFP’s

The Company is led by an experienced team of sports marketing/media professionals who:
•     Have extensive experience working across all media vehicles, college sports media properties and NCAA corporate sponsors
•     Have negotiated broadcast/business terms and sponsorship assets across all major sports properties
MICHAEL SCHRECK- Co-Founder/CEO
•     Over 13 years of experience in Sponsorship/Media Sales, Partnership Marketing and Broadcast Rights negotiations
•     Successfully ran and grew the Westwood One Sports Group into what consists of 30+ employees and $85 million in revenue, overseeing/building relationships with brands, agencies and properties
•     Negotiated over $250 million in sports broadcast rights inclusive of deals with the NFL, NCAA, Masters, Olympics, NASCAR, IMG and Learfield (current rights holders across Division I athletics)
RAY KATZ- Co-Founder/ COO
•     Sports business, media, & marketing luminary with over 25 years of experience, having negotiated deals for multiple blue chip clients across the college sports ecosystem, including four NCAA corporate partners/champions  and networks
•     Leadership roles working for leagues (NFL), networks (The Football Network), teams (NY Knicks, NY Rangers) and agencies (Young and Rubicam, OMD, Leverage Agency, Source Communications)  
•     Distinguished professor of sport business Masters level- heavy focus on college sports for 25 years
NEIL MALVONE- VP Business Affairs and Strategic Partnerships
•     Founder of Cutting Edge Sports Management offering total sport management & event planning services
•     Created and operates the Dream Bowl and Spirit of America Bowl - FCS, DII, & DIII college football all-star game since 2012
•     Juris Doctor and Masters of Sport Administration degrees, Professor at City University of New York in Sports Business
