C-T Watch is a professional security consulting and training organization based in the Los Angeles area. The core of its directors and instructors are federal, state and local law enforcement officers with many years of counter-terrorism investigative experience. Our personnel, while working for their respective departments, were the first in the nation to start a formal Post Blast Investigation program with the FBI.
The Underwater Post Blast Investigations Course was created and developed due to an identified training gap. In the last 7 years, the Underwater Post Blast Investigations Course has established itself as a highly sought after public safety dive training course. The 40 hour course has been taught 27 times on a national and international basis and we have trained over 500 public safety and military divers to safely conduct explosive related diving operations. (Including forensic diving and basic Underwater Hazardous Device mitigation).
   

C-T Watch provides a wide array of training services for the law enforcement and military professional. Our instructors were the first in the nation to establish a formal Post Blast Investigation Program with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Our highly sought after, Underwater Post Blast Investigations Course, has been taught on a national and international level and continues to emerge as the premier public safety dive course in the United States for Underwater Hazardous Device interdiction and investigation.
We also offer a variety of public safety dive courses designed for the direct interdiction and basic mitigation of Waterborne Improvised Explosive Devices (WBIEDS) and Underwater Hazardous Devices (UHD's) for the public safety dive professional.


C-T Watch has extensive experience in Counter Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (C-IEDD) and SWAT operations. Our instructors are familiar with Bomb Squad and SWAT interoperability. Our Mobile Training Teams are capable and ready to train your teams for these operations.

C-T Watch has developed a thorough bombing prevention program for the corporate and private industry. Our  program is custom tailored for our clients. With backgrounds in counterterrorism, special operations, law enforcement training, counter IED operations, and threat assessments, our specialists will work side-by-side with your security personnel to strengthen your security plans.
