Lie Lay LLC

Lie Lay LLC is an independent publishing company founded by Caleb Lyle in Sumas, Washington. We create children’s books that go a little deeper — stories with heart, meaning, and themes families can talk about long after the last page.

Our debut title, Santa Claus: The Unbecoming Origin, reimagines where Santa Claus really came from. Not the familiar tale — but a surprising story of a man with a checkered past whose journey of acknowledgment, atonement, and redemption transforms him into the beloved figure the world has come to know. The story ends exactly where the legend begins.

Written for ages 4–8, it’s the kind of book parents and children read together and remember. Available on Amazon and through Ingram for retailers and libraries.
