The Nebraska Cannabis Trade Alliance is a Nebraska-based non-profit 501(c)(6) trade association representing licensed medical cannabis operators and professionals committed to building a safe, compliant, and patient-focused medical cannabis program in our state.
Our mission is to support the responsible development of Nebraska’s medical cannabis industry through education, collaboration, and constructive engagement with policymakers and regulators. We exist to help ensure that Nebraska’s program is implemented in a way that prioritizes patient access, public safety, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability.
