About

The Central Landlords Authority assesses the properties owned by landlords to ensure they have met legal requirements, for example gas, water and electrical safety. Ongoing spot checks are carried out on a number of registered landlords throughout the year to ensure the standards are maintained.
By becoming a member, landlords are able to show that they are exceptional landlords and that they want the best for their tenants. By becoming a registered member, they will also gain access to our advisory board and network, which provides discounts to many services that they will need to maintain their properties.
Tenants can rest assured that they are safe in properties that are owned by landlords who are registered with the Central Landlords Authority. Our landlords have chosen to excel and want to provide an excellent service, highlighting the fact that they are not rogue landlords. By registering with us they agree to our complaints procedure and code of conduct.
