We are taking the Child Care industry FORWARD. There are many hurdles and a coordinated approach to solve them is missing. The same problems that challenged this industry several decades ago still persist!

An example, child care teachers and aids need to go to three different places to get their paperwork complete (doctor’s office, fingerprinting, notary) to be employed by a child care facility. Additionally, teachers’ and teachers’ aids’ salaries have not kept up with inflation and have not been attractive. All of the above are not recent issues or problems – they have existed for decades. Our hope is that one by one, methodically, and persistently, with as much help as we can get from any entity private or governmental, we can start working on each problem and move this industry FORWARD!
