About Childhelp Michigan: Childhelp® exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children. In 2006, Childhelp opened the Foster Family Agency of Michigan, to meet one of our state’s most pressing child welfare needs by providing therapeutic, competent and compassionate foster care. In 2010, the facility became a fully licensed adoption agency as well. Childhelp offers mentoring services to youth in foster care and youth at risk for entering the child welfare field. As well as offering community based one on one mentoring, the program has four school based programs working with children from first grade to high school.
