As an MBA and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 500 successful mandates, I have spent my career at the intersection of business strategy and digital transformation. I have led teams, advised boards, and navigated the complexities of large-scale organizational change.

However, the consulting industry is facing a paradigm shift. The era of "AI as a tool" is evolving into the era of Autonomous Consulting Intelligence (ACI).

Today, as a DBA Researcher (Scholar-Practitioner), I am bridging the gap between high-stakes academic research and C-Suite execution. My work focuses on the AURANOM Framework—a conceptual blueprint for autonomous advisory systems.

Why Vertical MAS?
Most current AI solutions rely on simple, sequential "agentic chains." While useful for basic tasks, they lack the depth required for strategic consulting. My research proposes a Vertical Multi-Agent System (MAS) architecture. This hierarchical approach enables specialized agents to coordinate across different levels of expertise—mirroring the structure of a high-end consulting firm to deliver nuanced, strategic outcomes.
