Cicero and Bernay is a part of the Publinet Group and first started operations in 2006. Among the organisation’s clients are Dubai Land Department, wasl Asset Management, RAK Ceramics and Futurecard. Successful projects undertaken by the organisation included 2010 a four-month PR and media relations campaign for SportAccord International Convention 2010 Dubai, working for the Dubai Organising Committee headed by HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The activities helped create a successful high profile event that reinforced Dubai as a sporting centre of excellence. The company was also responsible for the PR campaign around Maradona’s appointment as coach of Al Wasl Football Club in 2011.
