Codega Hospitality, a division of Codega Corp, Inc., is raising a fund to acquire hotel properties, multi-family and restaurant chains in the USA. The group will initially focus on assets in; Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and Florida. For hotels, the group is looking for 2.5 star properties and up with 50 units and up. For multi-family, Codega Hospitality is seeking properties with a minimum of 100 units that are class C and up. For restaurants, the group is looking for franchise properties or multi-unit independent brands.
