College First Generation provides support and resources to first generation college students before and during their tenure on a college campus. Our mission is to ensure these students graduate within four years. We begin helping students during their senior year of high school by inviting them to a conference consisting of key figures on every college campus: financial aid, advising and counseling, career services, admissions, etc.
College First Generation provides coaches throughout the various stage of a first generation student's journey. The access coach is dedicated to assisting students with the admissions process. The progress coach is dedicated to assisting students when they are on campus to ensure they are maintaining their grades. The success coach is dedicated to the college seniors, those ready to graduate and assist them with making a decision to either begin their career or continue on to graduate school.
