IROC is a 54,000 square foot facility housing a four lane swimming pool, 94 foot waterslide, and therapy pool, a fitness center, a multipurpose sports center and free 1/10th of a mile, padded, Rotary Walking Track, a community room, board room, and technology center.  It is located in Derby, VT, serving Orleans County, Northern Essex County Vermont and Stanstead, Quebec.  It has over 5,000 regular users and serves as a venue for a wide variety of events and activities.  

In warm weather, it hosts the Dandelion Run, a relay marathon in May, the Tour de Kingdom, a two day century ride in June, the Kingdom Swim a 10, 3 and 1 mile open water swim in July, the Kingdom Triathlon a 500 yard swim, a 13 mile bike and a 5 mile run in August and the Woodsman Competition in September featuring log splitting, pulp tossing, and log rolling.

In November of 2006, IROC started the goundbreaking and highly successful, Healthy Changes Initiative, for people suffering from chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Obesity, and Heart Disease to attract them and retain them in a long term program of regular exercise.  During the second year of the program, 54% of thpse enrolled at the beginning of the year remained actively enrolled 12 months later.
